Tequila Caporales

   The Sangrita and the Margarita are the two great cocktails that took out the Tequila from the relative secrecy with which it was taste in Mexico.
   They say that the Sangrita was invention of Mr. Edmundo Sánchez, from Chapala, in an intent to soften the rustic and rasping
palate of the first tequilas.
