Tequila Caporales

   To speak about Tequila and Mezcal is like to go into the roots of the the Mexican soul. The Maguey is cosmological plant, even origin of the national name: metl-ixtli: "in the maguey navel"; some- thing like if all the Mexicans had sprouted from this prodigious plant.

    For that reason the Tequila is much more that an alcoholic drink or a simple distilled, it is a kind of Ambrosia or divine Nectar in all similar to the one that they promised paradises in other religions or beliefs.
